EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you want articles replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to fill in the Return Form with your exchange request. Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will offer you a comparable article or refund your form of payment for the purchase amount. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. BOLAS B.V. is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. If you return merchandise that does not meet conditions of our return policy, it will be sent back to you on your expense. To return or exchange an order:


Download and fill out the Return Form, put it inside the box together with the item(s) you want to return.

Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
The Return Form contains the address to which the parcel needs to be returned at. Please note: it is not possible to exchange the item directly in our warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Download and fill out the Return Form, put it inside the box together with the item(s) you want to return.
 Pack your item(s) preferably in its original box and packaging. If this is not possible, try to pack your item(s) in a similar way so that it stays safe and protected. Stick our return address on top of the box for addressing the parcel. 
Your items can be returned within 14 days after you receive your package. You can download the Return Form here.

WHERE DO I SEND THE PRODUCTS I WANT TO RETURN?
The Return Form contains the address to which the parcel needs to be returned at. Please note: it is not possible to exchange the item directly in our warehouse or get your cash back immediately. Once you have returned the item, the money will be transferred back to your account as soon as possible, but within 14 working days.

WHAT ARE YOUR RULES ON RETURNS?
Unworn items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Full details of the return policy are outlined on your invoice.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, there is of course a warranty on all your BOLAS Underwear purchases. Your articles must meet the expected quality. Upon receiving the products they must be in perfect condition and meet the quality standards that we expect of our brand. If the product does not meet these standards, you can contact our customer support service by phone or mail. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT OR ORDER?
Funds will be debited to your bank or credit card account 2 weeks after your order is received. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
After we have received and checked your return order, we will refund your purchase amount to your bank or credit card account. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several days to a week before the money actually is refunded.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN A PRODUCT WHEN THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED?
Place the items you wish to return in a solid carton box to ensure no damage is caused during transit.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes. If you want articles replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to fill in the Return Form.

DO I RECEIVE THE SHIPPINGCOSTS BACK WHEN I RETURN (PART OF) MY ORDER?
Your shipping costs are only refunded when your total order has been returned because of our mistake or damaged items.
